Mr. Park (45), a resident of Jeju City, stated, “I like the pleasantness and symbolism unique to Jeju’s first private park special project, the ample parking spaces, and the large community facilities?advantages that can be enjoyed as a large complex. I believe it has sufficient value not only for actual residence but also from an investment perspective, so I hope to win the subscription.”
The reasonable price and various benefits of Jeju Jungbu Park Jeil Punggyeongchae Central Park also captured the hearts of actual buyers. The average sale price of this complex is 24.25 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is lower than last year’s average sale price of private apartments in Jeju (25.74 million KRW), highlighting its price competitiveness. Additionally, various benefits such as a 5% first deposit (a fixed 10 million KRW deposit at contract signing + two balance payments), 5% interest support on the second deposit, and free balcony expansion reduce the initial financial burden for buyers, and two shuttle buses will be provided for children’s safe commuting.
