KG Mobility will mass-produce and sell the premium sport utility vehicle (SUV) 'Rexton Limousine,' which was unveiled as a concept car last year.
KG Mobility announced on the 8th that it will officially launch the 'Rexton Summit.' It is the mass-produced version of the Rexton Limousine concept car revealed in March last year.
The Rexton Summit features improved interior environment, enhanced on- and off-road driving performance, and ride comfort. First, premium natural leather independent seats have been introduced in the second row. The seats recline up to 140 degrees and include an under-support leg rest. The dual-door center console in the second row incorporates multiple functions such as a refrigerator, reading light, front passenger seat controller, wireless phone charger, and cup holders. A 14-inch display is also installed in the rear seats, allowing passengers to enjoy content like Netflix and YouTube.
Driving performance has also been enhanced. The acceleration system has been newly designed to provide smooth acceleration while applying a power booster for explosive acceleration. The vehicle is equipped with dedicated stable shock absorbers, comfortable tuning springs, and wide hub spaces, which improve cornering ability and ride comfort.
Additionally, active driving safety assistance technologies such as Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control (IACC) and the driving safety assistance system 'Deep Control' are standard features.
