On Thursday the 7th, rain or snow is expected in most parts of the country.
Until early morning, there will be occasional rain in Chungbuk, eastern Jeolla, inland Gyeongbuk, western inland Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island, with rain continuing until morning in eastern Jeonbuk and western inland Gyeongnam.
In northern and southeastern Gyeonggi, Gangwon-do, Chungbuk, and the Gyeongbuk area, rain or snow will occasionally fall from the morning and mostly stop by night.
In Seoul, Incheon, and southwestern Gyeonggi, raindrops less than 0.1mm or snow less than 0.1cm will fall from late dawn to morning, with occasional rain in some areas from morning to afternoon.
In the Chungnam area, raindrops less than 0.1mm will fall from dawn to morning, and there will be occasional rain in Busan and Ulsan in the afternoon.
The expected precipitation over two days from the 6th is less than 5mm in northern and southeastern Gyeonggi, Gangwon-do, Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk, eastern Jeonnam, Daegu, Gyeongbuk, western inland Gyeongnam, Busan, Ulsan, and Jeju Island, and around 1mm in Seoul, Incheon, and southwestern Gyeonggi.

Expected snowfall amounts are around 1cm in northern and southeastern Gyeonggi; 1 to 3cm in Chungbuk, eastern Jeonbuk (high mountains), western inland Gyeongnam (high mountains), northeastern mountainous Gyeongbuk, northern and southwestern inland Gyeongbuk, and mountainous Jeju Island; and 1 to 5cm in inland and mountainous Gangwon-do. Ulleungdo and Dokdo will receive 1 to 5cm of snow between the 7th and 8th.
The morning low temperatures will range from -3 to 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 5 and 12 degrees Celsius, similar to the average (morning lows -4 to 4 degrees Celsius, daytime highs 8 to 12 degrees Celsius).
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the outer seas (about 200km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
