Pyeongtaek City Recognized as 'Excellent' for Two Consecutive Years in 'Public Data Provision Operation'
Pyeongtaek City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 6th that it has been selected as an excellent institution for two consecutive years in the '2023 Public Data Provision Operation Performance Evaluation' conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
This evaluation is conducted annually on 696 organizations nationwide, including central administrative agencies, local governments, public institutions, and educational institutions, comprehensively assessing 16 indicators across five areas: data management system, openness, utilization, and quality, and classifying them into three grades: excellent, average, and insufficient.
Pyeongtaek City received higher scores compared to the average score of basic local governments (58.81 points) in overall areas such as public data management system and openness, and was selected as an excellent institution (80 points or higher) for two consecutive years.
