A Gijang-gun official stated, “This briefing session will provide an opportunity for local residents to better understand the advantages of carbon ion therapy, known as the dream cancer treatment, and the differences from conventional radiation therapy, thereby increasing the necessity and understanding of carbon ion therapy.”
