The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Kbiz) announced on the 5th that it is recruiting the 18th class of the 'KBIZ AMP (Advanced Management Program),' a top executive course for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
KBIZ AMP was established in 2008 by Kbiz, the leading economic organization representing the SME sector, to support the enhancement of management capabilities and network activation for SME CEOs. Over 17 classes, it has produced about 1,000 alumni and has become recognized as the premier executive program for SME leaders. In particular, as the representative organization for SMEs and a statutory economic body, Kbiz directly operates the program, receiving high praise for its reasonable costs, content that meets diverse needs, a strong sense of belonging centered around Kbiz, and active alumni association activities.
The 18th KBIZ AMP course will run for about six months, starting with an entrance ceremony on May 20, under the slogan "In a world of uncertainty and risk, seeking new challenges and opportunities." Lectures by prominent figures from various fields will cover four main themes: ▲Leadership and Communication ▲Strategic Thinking ▲Management Essentials ▲Happy CEO. Additionally, participants will have opportunities to engage in various social events for communication and harmony, as well as attend AMP Plus breakfast special lectures, policy seminars, and other events hosted by Kbiz.

Lee Myung-ro, Head of the Human Resources Policy Division at Kbiz and overall director of KBIZ AMP, stated, “In response to the triple challenges of high exchange rates, high prices, and high interest rates, along with significant external economic uncertainties, innovation by CEOs must come first.” He added, “KBIZ AMP will serve as a foundation for innovation and growth for SME CEOs through top-quality content and diverse networks across society.”
