Ulsan City is starting education on Ulsan's key projects for all employees.
From the 5th to the 15th, Ulsan City announced that it will conduct the "2024 Ulsan City Key Projects Understanding Education" for about 4,300 people, including general employees below grade 5, firefighters, public officials, and employees of affiliated public institutions, at the city hall auditorium over 9 days.
This education was prepared to enhance employees' understanding of major key projects of the city administration and to build consensus on the direction of city administration and policy directions by sector.
The education will be conducted through a lecture by the head of Ulsan City's Policy Planning Team on "2024 City Administration Operation Direction Explanation" and a lecture by Lee Kyung-woo, head of the Economic and Industrial Office at Ulsan Research Institute, on "Key Current Projects of City Administration."
The key current projects of city administration include a total of 11 projects such as improvement of the development restriction zone system, designation of Ulsan as a specialized area for distributed energy, securing the largest-ever local allocation tax, and designation of four major local special zones.
