Zoom Appoints Kim Chaegon, Former E-Tech System Advisor, as Head of Korea Branch
Zoom Video Communications, a video conferencing platform, announced on the 4th that it has appointed Kim Chaegon as the head of its Korea branch.
Mr. Kim has over six years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining Zoom, he served as an advisor and business division head at IT infrastructure solution provider E-Tech System, as well as at Cisco and Avaya. He also led the Korean operations of multinational companies such as Polycom, Audiocodes, and Convergys as branch manager.
Mr. Kim stated, "Zoom, widely recognized as an all-in-one collaboration platform, has built a strong position to lead the Korean market so far. I will strive to deliver Zoom's platform innovations to customers more quickly and flexibly to enhance employee collaboration and customer experience for Korean organizations."
