Seoul Police Special Crackdown on Reckless and Dangerous Driving on March 1st Movement Day... 150 People Caught in Total
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced that from the 29th of last month until the early morning of the 1st of this month, they conducted a special crackdown on reckless drivers and traffic violations throughout the entire Seoul area.
According to the police, a total of 150 individuals were caught during this special crackdown for violations such as the Automobile Management Act and traffic offenses.
Since the 20th of last month, the police selected eight major locations to deploy traffic patrol cars. In 138 locations, including areas where reckless drivers were expected to appear, 392 traffic police officers and 198 patrol cars and motorcycles were deployed.

A Seoul Metropolitan Police official stated, “We plan to strictly respond to illegal acts that cause danger on the roads through continuous crackdowns on reckless and aggressive driving in the city center.”
