Seodaemun-gu, Lunch Hour Utilization for Public Officials' Capacity Building Training
Conducted 'Lunch & Learn' Participating in Urban Redevelopment Department Over 4 Sessions
Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Seongheon) announced on the 27th that it is conducting a 'Lunch & Learn' training program in four sessions to strengthen the capabilities of the Urban Redevelopment Project department.
This training, held during lunchtime with lunchboxes shared to avoid disrupting work, started on the 14th of this month and will be held in the district office's main conference room on the 21st, 27th, and until the 29th.
The district initiated this program to cultivate public officials in charge of redevelopment projects into experts in the field, aiming to carry out related projects more smoothly and swiftly while preventing confusion and conflicts among residents.
The instructors include Kim Yongho, Vice Chairman of Jeil Engineering; Lawyer Kim Gwongyu; Lee Eunsook, CEO of Real Plan Consulting; and Lee Gyuhun, Head of Seoul CMC, who will lecture on topics such as ▲Understanding Redevelopment Projects ▲Formation and Operation of Promotion Committees ▲Approval of Association Establishment ▲Installation of Redevelopment Infrastructure ▲Approval of Management Disposition Plans.
Participating employees share cases, engage in discussions, and conduct Q&A sessions to share and resolve questions they have encountered in their daily work related to redevelopment projects.
Mayor Lee Seongheon said, “This training, which enhances understanding and practical skills in redevelopment projects, is expected to minimize inconveniences for association members and residents and improve the speed and transparency of projects. We will continue to do our best to provide administrative services that satisfy residents through substantial staff training.”
