Hyundai Motor Securities analyzed on the 27th that Hanmi Semiconductor has the potential to expand new domestic and international high-bandwidth memory (HBM) customers based on its overwhelming technological superiority.
Minjung Kwak, a researcher at Hyundai Motor Securities, stated, "Through Nvidia's earnings announcement, we confirmed that HPC and generative AI have reached a tipping point in the U.S.," adding, "Nvidia's GPU demand will grow explosively." She continued, "Nvidia will utilize HBM3E in its H200 and B100 GPUs," and "GPU demand is exceeding supply."
Researcher Kwak noted, "As mentioned by the AI HBM alliance including TSMC, SK Hynix, and Hanmi Semiconductor, TSMC's 'new alliance' movement is also expanding within the U.S.," and analyzed, "The U.S. Department of Commerce has established an advanced packaging roadmap to support this policy-wise."
She emphasized, "As part of implementing Made in USA AI semiconductors, there is a significant opportunity for orders of Hanmi Semiconductor's HBM-related packaging and inspection equipment," adding, "The chip thickness standard up to HBM3 was 720㎛, but the chip thickness standard after HBM4 is likely to be implemented at 775㎛."

Furthermore, she confirmed again that "due to hyperscaler companies' demand for in-house chip development, the AI ecosystem is just beginning," and raised the target stock price to 130,000 KRW.
