Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Supports Housing Brokerage Fees for Vulnerable Residential Groups
Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 21st that it will implement the 'Housing Brokerage Fee Support Project' for housing-vulnerable groups.
This project has been continuously carried out since 2022 to alleviate the financial burden associated with housing relocation for vulnerable groups.
The support targets include basic livelihood security recipients, lower-income groups, single-parent families residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City, and newlyweds with a household income at or below 100% of the median income whose contract properties are located in the district after January 1, 2022.
For properties contracted after January 1, 2022, brokerage fees incurred from the sale or lease of houses priced at 300 million KRW or less will be supported up to a maximum of 300,000 KRW.

Applications can be submitted by visiting the district's Real Estate and Cadastral Division or the local administrative welfare center with the application form, brokerage fee receipt, copy of the transaction contract, copy of the bankbook, resident registration certificate, certificate of recipient status (for recipients, etc.), marriage certificate (for newlyweds), and health insurance payment certificate (for newlyweds).
