Osan-si Supports Job-Seeking Youth with 'Interview Success Package'
Consulting, Suits, Photography, Textbook Fees, and Aftercare Provided
"We provide support for consulting, suit rental, and even certification textbook fees." Osan City in Gyeonggi-do announced on the 21st that it will implement the 'Youth Interview Success Package Project' to alleviate the employment preparation burden for young job seekers.
This project is an expansion of the 'Youth Interview Success Support Set Project' that the city has been operating since 2021. It supports the entire interview process from preparation to follow-up management.
During the interview preparation stage, career counselors at the Youth Job Support Center provide consultations on specific employment strategies through 'Interview Consulting and Employment Academy' and also guide the revision of resumes and self-introduction letters.
In the interview stage, support is provided for ▲free rental of interview suits ▲resume photo shooting ▲hair and makeup for interviews or photo shoots ▲certification textbook fees. In the follow-up stage, a congratulatory happy call service is offered to those who pass the final interview, and customized employment-related information continues to be provided even if the applicant is not successful.
Starting this year, the city plans to increase the annual number of suit rentals from the previous 3 times to 5 times and add one more suit rental company located in Byeongjeom, Hwaseong City.
Eligible applicants are young people aged 19 to 39 who reside in Osan City and are registered as job seekers on the Ministry of Employment and Labor's Worknet. For more details, inquiries can be made to the Youth Job Support Center 'Irujap' or the Youth Policy Team of Osan City's Regional Economy Division.
