Kyochon F&B, the operator of the franchise Kyochon Chicken, is targeting the domestic sauce market.
On the 20th, Kyochon F&B announced that it will exclusively launch the 'K1 Sauce 6 Types' at E-Mart. The lineup consists of a total of six types, including three hot sauces and three home-use chicken sauces. Among them, the three K1 hot sauces were pre-launched on Amazon last month ahead of the domestic release and are gaining attention among global consumers.
The K1 sauces were launched based on Kyochon’s future growth keywords G(Global), S(Sauce), E(Eco), and P(Platform), incorporating Kyochon’s sauce expertise that has maintained its position as a leading domestic chicken brand with soy sauce, red, and honey sauces. The product name K1 embodies the ambition of ‘Kyochon Number One’ and ‘Korea No.1.’
The K1 hot sauces are made from the raw ingredients of Kyochon’s signature 'Red Sauce' and add diverse flavors to the spiciness of domestically grown Cheongyang chili peppers. The lineup includes K1 Red Garlic Hot Sauce, characterized by a sharp spiciness with added garlic oil; K1 Kimchi Truffle Hot Sauce, a unique combination of kimchi concentrate and truffle oil; and K1 Berry Berry Hot Sauce, which adds the refreshing flavors of blueberry and raspberry.
The three K1 home-use chicken sauces include K1 Honey Soy Chicken Sauce, K1 Honey Butter Chicken Sauce, and K1 Spicy Sweet Chicken Sauce. These products allow consumers to enjoy the signature sauce flavors of Kyochon Chicken at home with various dishes such as fried rice, chicken, pizza, and hamburgers.
K1 Honey Soy Chicken Sauce combines Kyochon’s soy sauce with honey to create a sweet and salty flavor enjoyed by all ages. The ‘K1 Honey Butter Chicken Sauce’ blends Kyochon’s honey sauce with butter and parsley, offering a sweet and smooth taste. Additionally, the ‘K1 Spicy Sweet Chicken Sauce’ adds strawberry jam and tomato paste to Kyochon’s red sauce, delivering an exquisite spicy and sweet flavor.
All six sauces are in liquid form and can be stored at room temperature, making them convenient to use anytime and anywhere. To celebrate the domestic launch, Kyochon is also holding a special promotion at E-Mart until the 29th, offering all six sauces at a 15% discount.
