Seventeen, NCT Dream, Stray Kids, IVE Win Grand Prize at 'Hanteo Music Awards'

Groups SEVENTEEN, NCT DREAM, Stray Kids, and IVE received grand prizes at the 'Hanteo Music Awards 2023.'

Celebrating its 31st anniversary this year, the 'Hanteo Music Awards' was held over two days, the 17th and 18th, at Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul.

NCT DREAM was announced as the winner of the 'Best Artist' award, which corresponds to the grand prize, at the ceremony held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Jung-gu, Seoul.

Among the four grand prize categories, SEVENTEEN and Stray Kids received the Best Album and Best Performance awards, respectively. The Best Song and Best Artist trophies went to IVE and NCT DREAM, respectively.

Mark, Jaemin, and Chenle of NCT DREAM, who received the grand prize, attended the event and shared their joy with fans. Mark said, "There were truly many people’s efforts and help to receive this award," adding, "I sincerely want to thank 'Siznies' (NCT fan nickname). We will continue to work hard to become an even greater NCT DREAM."

The group aespa swept three trophies at this year's ceremony, including Artist of the Year, Best Trend Leader, and Global Generation Icon, earning the honor of the most awards at the event.
