The Future Women Entrepreneurs Development Project aims to nurture future women entrepreneurs by passing down practical business know-how from senior female CEOs to their juniors. It started last year with support from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The program consists of female CEO special lectures, visits to women-led companies, practical startup mentoring, global business exploration, and integrated workshops.

Last year, 520 students from 14 women’s specialized high schools and 2 women’s universities nationwide completed the program, receiving a positive satisfaction rating of 96% from participating students.

This year, the project scale will be expanded compared to last year. While participation was previously limited to women’s specialized high schools and women’s universities, general all-girls high schools can also apply this year. The number of selected schools has increased from 16 to 30.

Selected schools will also receive separate project operation funds to run the program. Detailed information and application methods can be found in the announcements section on the Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association website.
