Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) held the '2024 Public-Private Integrated Case Management Practitioner Training' on the 15th at the Gwangjin-gu Office Comprehensive Situation Room.
The purpose was to strengthen individual capabilities and establish a public-private cooperation system by providing a platform for information exchange along with integrated case management training.
The integrated case management project targets vulnerable and crisis households with complex and diverse needs, comprehensively linking and providing necessary services such as welfare, health, employment, housing, and education, and continuously monitoring them.
Last year, the district selected 624 households for integrated case management and supported customized welfare services to promote the stability of local residents' lives.
About 30 integrated case management practitioners from the district office, community service centers, and comprehensive social welfare centers attended the event. They had an in-depth discussion on the project direction, including ▲Hope Welfare Support Group work training and guidance ▲Service linkage case management system training and Q&A ▲Regional public-private case management practitioners' meetings.
A community service center staff member who participated in the event said, "The integrated case management plan for this year was explained in an easy-to-understand way, making it simple to grasp. Also, it was a valuable time to learn practical case management and work skills based on the diverse experiences of the staff."
Kim Kyung-ho, Mayor of Gwangjin-gu, said, "I would like to express my gratitude to the integrated case management practitioners who work hard for community welfare," and added, "We will continue to cooperate between the public and private sectors to meticulously build a community safety welfare network so that no neighbors in difficulty are left isolated."
