Zelensky Also Attends Munich Security Conference in Germany
French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will sign a bilateral security agreement in Paris, France.
On the 15th (local time), the French ?lys?e Palace announced President Zelensky's visit to France and revealed this plan. The ?lys?e Palace stated, "This agreement follows the promise made at the G7 level during the NATO summit held last July in Vilnius, Lithuania."
Earlier, the G7 declared in a joint statement issued during last year's NATO summit that they would provide long-term military and economic support to ensure Ukraine's security even after the end of the war.
The Ukrainian presidential office also officially announced President Zelensky's visit to France, stating, "President Zelensky is scheduled to visit Germany and France on the 16th to hold talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and President Macron."
