Netflix to Release Director Lee Byung-hun's 'Dakgangjeong' on March 15
New Series Starring Ryu Seung-ryong and Ahn Jae-hong
Online video service (OTT) Netflix announced on the 15th that it will release a new series titled 'Dakgangjeong' on March 15.
'Dakgangjeong' is a comedic mystery chase drama about a father, Seonman (Ryu Seung-ryong), who tries to turn back his daughter Mina (Kim Yoo-jung), who was transformed into dakgangjeong after entering a mysterious machine, and Baekjung (Ahn Jae-hong), who has a crush on Mina. The series is directed by Lee Byung-heon, who also directed the movie 'Extreme Job' (2019) and the drama 'Melo Is My Nature' (2019).

Actors Ryu Seung-ryong and Ahn Jae-hong, who previously worked with director Lee, star in the lead roles. Ryu Seung-ryong plays Choi Seonman, the owner of all the machines who struggles to restore his daughter who turned into dakgangjeong, and Ahn Jae-hong plays Go Baekjung, an intern who has a crush on Mina. Kim Yoo-jung portrays Choi Mina, who suddenly becomes dakgangjeong overnight. Additionally, Jung Ho-yeon makes a special appearance as a food columnist named Hong Cha.
