Han Chaeyang "Emart's 3 Musketeers United"... 54 Items Begin 'Price Reversal'

Emart announced on the 15th that it will launch the 'Price Reversal' project starting from the 16th, in collaboration with its corporate supermarket (SSM) Emart Everyday, offering food, daily necessities, and small home appliances at ultra-low prices.
Price Reversal is an upgraded version of last year's limited edition product project 'The Limited,' meaning that despite rising prices, product prices are lowered to increase customer benefits. It is also the second project of the 'Price Destruction Declaration,' offering 40 selected items including three major food items, processed foods, and daily necessities at ultra-low prices.
Emart explained that this project is significant as it is the first achievement since CEO Han Chaeyang concurrently served as the head of the three major offline distribution companies, aiming for functional integration across channels. By selling planned products at the same prices as Emart in Emart Everyday, a nearby distribution channel close to customers' homes, accessibility and benefits for customers have been enhanced.
The first event products, continuing until next month, include 54 items such as rice, milk, ramen, cheese, gochujang, shampoo, dish detergent, cordless kettles, and steam irons. Among these, 32 items will also be sold at the same price at Emart Everyday. Most of these are the industry's lowest prices. For example, 'Imat Rice 10kg' is about 4,000 KRW cheaper than the existing Emart price. Philips cordless kettles and steam irons are up to 40% cheaper, available for less than 20,000 KRW. Agricultural products like enoki mushrooms are purchased directly from production areas, minimizing distribution stages and lowering prices to up to half of the normal price.
Hwang Woon-gi, Head of Product Division at Emart, Emart Everyday, and Emart24, introduced, "Price Reversal is a project that consolidates Emart's long-accumulated product planning know-how, including direct transactions with production areas and collaboration with manufacturers."
