Gwangju Buk-gu Supports Naturalization Costs for Marriage Immigrants
From this month, Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, will officially implement the 'Nationality Acquisition Cost Support Project' for marriage immigrants.
The support targets marriage immigrants who acquired South Korean nationality after January 1 of this year, have a household income at or below 150% of the median income, and have resided in Buk-gu for more than six months.
The support scale is a total of 50 people, with 300,000 KRW provided for nationality acquisition costs.
Applications can be submitted to the local administrative welfare centers until the project budget of 15 million KRW is exhausted.
