Gyeonggi Office of Education to Conduct 'Job Training' for 3,144 New Kindergarten, Elementary, and Secondary Teachers by the 21st
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct job training for newly appointed teachers in kindergarten, elementary, and secondary schools.
The Office of Education announced on the 11th that it will provide training for 3,144 newly appointed teachers in kindergarten, elementary, and secondary schools this year at the Gyeonggi Education Training Institute, Gyeonggi Yulgok Training Institute, and Gyeonggi Convergence Science Education Center until the 21st, to support stable adaptation to the teaching profession through network building among new teachers and communication and collaboration with fellow teachers.
The main training topics include ▲Understanding and practice of protecting educational activities ▲Customized counseling by student and parent types ▲Class tips with senior teachers ▲Understanding and practice of classes using Edutech ▲Character education communicating with the community.
Lee Hyun-sook, head of the Teacher Personnel Division at the Office of Education, said, "The passion and spirit of challenge of new teachers are important driving forces for realizing future education in Gyeonggi," adding, "The Office of Education will further strengthen on-site support to help new teachers adapt stably to schools and enhance their teaching capabilities."
