Jeonju City in Jeollabuk-do announced on the 6th that it held a workshop at Deokjin Arts Center to strengthen the capabilities of the municipal arts troupe members and promote communication and harmony.
According to the city, this is the first time that the four arts troupes (Symphony Orchestra, Gugak Ensemble, Choir, and Theater Company), which usually find it difficult to come together, gathered in one place to hold a workshop aimed at enhancing the bonds among members and fostering a cooperative organizational culture.

The workshop was held under the theme "For an Enjoyable Work Life," with 189 municipal arts troupe members from the four groups attending together.
The workshop consisted of lectures that the troupe members had wished to hear. It proceeded with a lecture by broadcaster Kim Je-dong on the theme of "Communication and Harmony," followed by a special lecture on "Theory and Practice for Exercise Therapy" by Director Lee Hong-ryeol (Ph.D. in Physical Education) for the health of the municipal troupe members.
Following this workshop, the city plans to continue efforts to create a vibrant work environment for the arts troupe members by providing labor-management consulting for the arts troupes, supporting exchanges and benchmarking with national and public arts troupes from other cities and provinces, and more.
