The most expensive house transaction in the Seoul area last year was the 'Janghak Park Hannam' in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
On the 5th, real estate big data company Asil announced that it obtained this result by analyzing the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's actual transaction price disclosure system. The highest-priced house sold in Seoul last year was a 268㎡ A-type unit on the 4th floor of 'Janghak Park Hannam,' which found a new owner in August last year for 18 billion KRW.
Janghak Park Hannam has been the most expensive complex traded in Seoul for three consecutive years from 2021 to last year. In December 2021, a 268㎡ B-type unit changed hands for 12 billion KRW, followed by a 268㎡ A-type unit sold for 13.5 billion KRW in April 2022. The highest-priced house in 2020 was Hannam The Hill, which sold for 7.75 billion KRW.

It consists only of large units ranging from 281 to 325㎡, and offers an unobstructed permanent view of the Han River within the complex. Currently, a 268㎡ jeonse (long-term lease) unit is listed at a price exceeding 10 billion KRW.
The second most expensive is a 240㎡ unit in Hannam The Hill, Hannam-dong. This unit was sold for 11 billion KRW in March last year. The third place is a 200㎡ unit in Raemian One Bailey, Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, which was sold for 10 billion KRW in January last year. Also, in August last year, a 241㎡ unit in Galleria Foret, Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, changed hands for 10 billion KRW.
The highest sale price recorded this year was a 198㎡ unit in Acro Seoul Forest, Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, which was sold for 9.3 billion KRW in the first month of the new year.

Last month, 'Posez Hangang' in Gwangjang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, which has the highest pre-sale price of 16 billion KRW with a price per 3.3㎡ of 137.71 million KRW, recorded an average competition rate of 10.0 to 1 in subscription, achieving success in the application process.
