Winter Snacks Provided to Over 3,000 Workers at 5 Business Sites
On the 31st, Dongkuk Steel Group held the first 'DK Warmth Day' event for workers working in harsh winter production sites.
DK Warmth Day was introduced this year as an extension of Dongkuk Steel Group's annual summer 'DK Ice Day' event. It was prepared to boost the morale of winter field workers and improve working conditions.
Two steel business corporations, Dongkuk Steel and Dongkuk CM, operated food trucks in the company cafeterias, office buildings, and welfare centers at five business sites in Incheon, Pohang, Dangjin, Busan, and Doseong during shift changes, delivering warm winter snacks such as fish cakes and bungeoppang to about 3,000 field workers.
