Bando Construction announced on the 31st that it will launch sales next month for 'Gyeonghuigung Ubora,' a redevelopment project in Yeongcheon District, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
Gyeonghuigung Ubora will be built in the Yeongcheon-dong area of Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, consisting of two buildings with 5 basement floors and 23 above-ground floors, comprising 199 apartment units and 116 officetel units. Among these, 108 apartments with exclusive areas of 59 and 84㎡ and 11 officetel units with exclusive areas of 21 to 22㎡ will be available for general sale.
