BPMG Issues NFT to Commemorate the Release of the Movie 'Sopung'
Web3 company BPMG announced on the 30th that it will hold a non-fungible token (NFT) issuance and airdrop event to commemorate the release of the movie Sopung, aiming to advance services in the blockchain and cultural content industries.
There are two types of NFTs being issued this time. The first is an NFT commemorating the release of Sopung, capturing the emotion and atmosphere of the film using still cuts from the shooting site. The second is 500 viewing ticket NFTs that allow free admission to the movie Sopung. This event runs from today until February 4. Participation and detailed information can be found through the Poplus app, which provides point services.
Cha Ji-hoon, CEO of BPMG, said, "We invested in the movie Sopung and planned this event to contribute to creating new value through the combination of blockchain technology and the film industry. We will continue to take on new challenges through collaborations with various content."

Sopung, produced by Rocket Film and distributed by Lotte Entertainment, stars actors Na Moon-hee, Kim Young-ok, and Park Geun-hyung. Singer Lim Young-woong's self-composed song "Morae Algaengi" was featured in the film for the first time, and it will be released during the Lunar New Year holiday on February 7.
