Ham Young-jin, head of Zigbang Big Data Lab, explained, "Since the total move-in volume is likely to improve in March (37,804 households), it is premature to predict price instability in the rental market. Tenants in the metropolitan area whose lease contracts expire in February should pay attention to areas with relatively abundant move-in volumes such as the Gyeonggi region."
