Yeongsangang Cheong, Campaign to Join Efforts in Reducing Fine Dust
The Yeongsangang River Basin Environmental Office will conduct a 'Fine Dust Reduction Participation Campaign' on the afternoon of the 29th at Songjeong Station Plaza.
In collaboration with six affiliated organizations under the Ministry of Environment, including the Yeongsangang Flood Control Office, the campaign will be carried out targeting citizens.
They will distribute leaflets related to the implementation of the 5th Fine Dust Seasonal Management Plan and encourage the practice of reducing fine dust in daily life through activities such as shouting slogans in the plaza.
A 'Participation Vote for Reducing Fine Dust in Daily Life' space will also be set up to hold a participation event where citizens pledge their commitment to action.
Park Yeon-jae, head of the Yeongsangang River Basin Environmental Office, emphasized, "For a blue sky, it is important not only to promote the Fine Dust Seasonal Management Plan but also for citizens to take small actions in their daily lives."
