Gwangju Gwangsan-gu, Three New Alley-type Shopping Districts Designated
Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, has newly designated three commercial districts?Wolgok 1-dong, Suwan Ijideowon, and Imbangul Street?as alley-type shopping districts.
Gwangsan-gu designates alley-type shopping districts by accepting applications from merchant organizations in areas where 30 or more stores are concentrated within a commercial zone of up to 2,000㎡, or 25 or more stores in non-commercial zones, followed by a review process.
Once designated as an alley-type shopping district, merchants can register for Onnuri gift certificates and apply for various government support programs.
