Anseong-si Conducts Cadastral Resurvey in Four Districts Including Yongdu2 District
Targeting 1,153 Plots... Completion by 2025
On the 22nd, Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced that it will promote the cadastral resurvey project for 1,153 land parcels in four project districts: Yongdu 2 District, Masan 2 District, Masan 3 District, and Gusu District.
The cadastral resurvey project is a long-term national project to be carried out until 2030, aimed at correcting cadastral records that do not match the actual status of the land and converting paper-based cadastral maps into digital cadastral maps for efficient national land management and protection of citizens' property rights.
The city established the related implementation plan for the four districts undergoing cadastral resurvey last October and is currently collecting consent forms from landowners within the target districts. If the city obtains consent from more than two-thirds of the landowners and area, the cadastral resurvey project will be officially promoted after deliberation by the Cadastral Resurvey Committee.
For the cadastral resurvey, the city signed a consignment contract with the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation, the responsible executing agency, and plans to complete the project by 2025 in the following order: land status survey, cadastral resurvey measurement, boundary setting consultation, objection submission, boundary confirmation, cadastral record preparation, registration request, and calculation of land adjustment fees due to area increase or decrease.
