These companies are representative outstanding local enterprises. By participating in the exploration programs such as introductions to company products, providing company visions and recruitment information, and on-site company tours, the students gained an understanding of excellent local companies and increased their preference for regional businesses.
It is expected that opportunities will be provided to hire young talents with a higher understanding of local companies' workplaces.
The project has been conducted from May last year until the end of the year, with a total of 538 students participating in company visits. The number of visits reached 27, and through the Hope Connection employment linkage program, 22 young people secured actual employment.
