'Yeongju Xi Signature' with High Subscription Savings Account Demand, Some Remaining Units Sold on a First-Come, First-Served Basis
GS Construction's ‘Yeongju Xi Signature,’ launched in the Sangmang-dong area of Yeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is drawing attention by offering some remaining units on a first-come, first-served basis due to disqualifications among subscription winners. The complex garnered significant interest during the previous subscription, receiving over 1,900 applications and recording a competition rate as high as 11.52 to 1.

Yeongju Xi Signature consists of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground, with a total of 763 units sized between 84 and 117 square meters. The down payment is 10% of the sale price. The first installment of the down payment is a fixed amount of 10 million KRW, and the remaining amount must be paid within one month. Additionally, 60% of the intermediate payment is offered interest-free, reducing the financial burden on contract holders.
