Nong-eochon Gong Jeonnam to Conduct On-site Practical Training for New Employees Until June
The Jeonnam Regional Headquarters of the Korea Rural Community Corporation (Head: Jo Young-ho) announced on the 17th that starting with orientation training on the 8th, they plan to conduct step-by-step intensive practical training for 34 new employees until the end of June, nurturing them into practical talents.

View original imageAs the first step, new employees will receive job training courses ranging from 3 to 8 weeks depending on their job line, and in the second step, they will enhance their capabilities through one-on-one mentoring in the field.
During the job training, they had time to deepen their understanding of common tasks beyond the duties specific to each job line and to understand the organization.
Additionally, for each job line including administration, civil engineering, geology, environment, and mechanical and electrical engineering, the training included basic job knowledge learning for practical adaptation and field education to improve understanding of the workplace.
In the second step, after department assignment, one-on-one mentoring will be conducted in the field with seniors who have more than five years of experience in the job, implementing a detailed and systematic education program.
Head Jo Young-ho said, “I hope the new employees will grow into core talents leading the future growth of rural communities,” and added, “We will continue to provide diverse and effective training so that both IQ and EQ grow together, supporting them to develop into talented public officials with dignity and competence.”
