Seegene announced on the 15th that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Brex, a domestic IT company.
Brex is a company that plans software and user experience/interface (UX/UI), established in 2019.
Seegene explained that it decided on this acquisition to collaborate across its entire business, including projects for digital transformation and new business ventures.
Seegene is currently promoting a "technology sharing business" that develops, produces, and sells products in the global market. It plans to utilize Brex's capabilities in planning and developing customized software related to this.

Meanwhile, Seegene announced on the same day that it decided to dispose of 84,632 treasury shares to acquire Brex's shares. The disposal price per share is 23,328 KRW, and the expected disposal amount is 1.9743 billion KRW.
