Call for Tenants for E-commerce Specialized Zone at Incheon Port Aam Logistics Complex 2
Incheon Port Authority (IPA) announced on the 15th that it will hold a public recruitment for tenant companies in the e-commerce specialized zone of the Aam Logistics Complex 2 until the 28th of next month. The recruitment target sites are two parcels within the specialized zone, with areas of 42,462㎡ and 22,773㎡ respectively.
Previously, IPA adopted proposals from two logistics companies in December last year and established a basic business plan. This recruitment plan was prepared to provide a fair opportunity to third parties as well.
The evaluation of business plans will be conducted based on the same criteria as the initial proposal project evaluation, and the initial proposing companies will receive additional points (within 10% of the eligibility review committee score). If no proposals from third parties are received, the initial proposing companies will be selected as the preferred negotiation candidates after review and resolution by the Port Committee.
Companies wishing to participate in the recruitment can check the participation conditions, business plan evaluation criteria, and facility construction conditions on the IPA website before applying.
