Jeonnam Postal Service Agency Ranks First Nationwide in Postal Service Customer Satisfaction
The Jeonnam Regional Post Office announced on the 15th that it has achieved first place nationwide for two consecutive years in the 2023 Postal Service Customer Satisfaction Index (KPCSI) survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
The KPCSI survey is a comprehensive index indicating customer satisfaction with post office services, selected based on direct evaluations from customers who have used post office services.
Among the evaluation criteria, it received the highest scores in accurate task processing and safe handling of mail items.
The Jeonnam Regional Post Office provides fast and accurate postal logistics services and convenient savings and insurance services not only in urban areas but also in islands and remote regions.
Last year, it created a customer-friendly counter environment by rebuilding five aging post offices that were over 40 years old.
