The 'Yonsei Milk Fresh Cream Bread,' which was launched in 2022 and led the domestic cream bread craze by selling 50 million units, is making its first overseas entry.
Yonsei University Yonsei Dairy announced on the 12th that it will export Yonsei Milk Fresh Cream Bread to Taiwan. Yonsei Dairy plans to target local consumers' tastes in Taiwan, known as a dessert powerhouse, and accelerate the expansion of overseas sales channels. Previously, Yonsei Dairy has exported to various countries including China, Taiwan, and Japan. Starting with Yonsei Milk Fresh Cream Bread, they plan to introduce various products tailored to local tastes.
The flavors to be exported this time are two steady-seller products from the fresh cream bread series: 'Yonsei Milk Milk Fresh Cream Bread' and 'Yonsei Milk Chocolate Fresh Cream Bread.' Yonsei Milk Milk Fresh Cream Bread contains the rich and savory milk flavor of Yonsei Milk as it is, while Yonsei Milk Chocolate Fresh Cream Bread adds chocolate chips inside the soft chocolate cream to double the sweet taste. Yonsei Milk Fresh Cream Bread will initially be distributed through about 3,000 convenience store locations in northern Taiwan and gradually expand its distribution network.

A Yonsei Dairy official stated, "The raw milk used in the fresh cream bread is Grade A first-class milk sourced from Yonsei Dairy's exclusive farm, and the taste of the product that recorded tens of millions of sales in domestic convenience stores can now be experienced locally," adding, "We hope it will establish itself as a representative K-dessert product recognized not only domestically but also globally."
