Development of 2 Buildings with 119 Households in Deteriorated Old Residential Areas
Seodaemun-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seongheon) announced on the 10th that it approved the project plan for the "Hongun-dong 14-10 area (4508.98㎡) Hongun 8-1 Regional Housing Association Apartment Construction" as of the 5th of this month.
The area is adjacent to the "Hongun 8 Regional Housing Association Project Site" and the "Hongun 13 Housing Redevelopment Project Site," and the project was promoted based on residents' proposals to achieve harmonious and appropriate development with surrounding areas for the aging and deteriorated residential area.
Two apartment buildings with 119 households will be newly constructed, ranging from 4 basement floors to 17 above-ground floors. Each household will have the same area of 59㎡, and 8 units will be provided as rental housing. The construction company is Doosan Construction Co., Ltd., aiming to start construction in the first half of this year.
