JYP Korea-US Joint Global Girl Group 'Bichwo', Official Debut on the 26th
VCHA, a Korea-US joint global girl group produced by JYP Entertainment, will officially debut on the 26th.
On the 2nd, JYP Entertainment announced that VCHA will release their first single "Girls of the Year" and officially debut.
The debut song "Girls of the Year" contains VCHA's bold aspiration to become the representative girls of this year, as the title suggests.
The single includes two tracks: the title track "Girls of the Year" and "XO Call Me."
VCHA is a girl group formed through the global project "A2K," jointly conducted by K-pop's leading agency JYP and Republic Records, a label under Universal Music Group.
The group name VCHA is derived by adapting the Korean word "비춰" into an English-style pronunciation, carrying meanings similar to "Let it shine," "Illuminate," and "Give light."
VCHA consists of six members: Lexi, Camila, Kendall, Savanna, K, and Kaylee. They attracted attention as a global girl group based on North America's first K-pop training system, composed of members from diverse ethnic backgrounds including White, Black, Hispanic, and Asian.
