Byu Technology, Additional Contract for 'Light Armed Helicopter Maintenance Training Equipment' Project... "Worth 1 Billion KRW"
Byu Technology announced that it has secured an additional contract for the Light Attack Helicopter Maintenance Training Device (LAH MTD) project, marking the beginning of its full-scale expansion into the military business.
Byu Technology, a KOSDAQ-listed company led by CEO Jin-Yeop Lee, announced on the 2nd that it successfully won the second phase of the light attack helicopter maintenance training project, worth approximately 1 billion KRW.
Under the contract, Byu Technology will develop and provide training equipment for maintenance personnel responsible for light attack helicopters. Using this equipment, maintenance personnel will be able to conduct training on fault diagnosis, operational checks, and maintenance procedures.
The equipment will be deployed and operated at the Army Aviation School in Nonsan, with the contract scheduled to run until the end of December 2024.
The company views the signing of this second contract following the completion of the first phase in September last year as further proof of its technological leadership in the military maintenance training equipment sector.
