A fire broke out in a mixed-use residential and commercial building in Goseong-eup, Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam, injuring three people who inhaled smoke.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters, a report was received at 12:59 a.m. on the 31st that white smoke was rising from the building.
The fire, which started in a residence on the third floor of the mixed-use building, burned a 10㎡ room, the living room, and furniture inside the house, and was extinguished by firefighters who arrived at the scene around 1:15 a.m.
Three people inhaled smoke due to the fire and were transported to the hospital, and the fire caused property damage estimated at approximately 9.12 million KRW, according to the fire department.
