'Worst Air Raid Since War Began'... Ukraine Reports "30 Dead, Over 160 Injured"
On the 29th (local time), Russia carried out the largest airstrike since the start of the war, resulting in over 30 casualties in Ukraine.
Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko stated on social media that "due to the large-scale Russian airstrike on Ukrainian territory this morning, approximately 30 people have died and more than 160 have been injured so far."
According to local reports on the same day, the death toll was reported to be 31. The Ukrainian state news agency Ukrinform reported that 9 people died in the capital, Kyiv alone. Eight people died in Zaporizhzhia, and casualties were also reported in Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and other areas.
In Lviv, major infrastructure, schools, and kindergartens were also destroyed.

That morning, Russian forces launched a large-scale airstrike targeting all across Ukraine simultaneously. Ukrainian authorities confirmed that 122 Russian missiles and 36 drones were launched in one day. This is the largest airstrike since the war began following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
