Crane in Changwon Lifts Waste and Person Together... 60s Worker Dies
A man in his 60s working at a waste incineration plant in Changwon, Gyeongnam, died after being caught in a crane claw.
According to Changwon Jungbu Police Station on the 29th, Mr. A, in his 60s, was caught by the crane claw in the abdomen while moving waste at a waste incineration plant in Daewon-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, around 2:30 PM on the 28th.
It was understood that the crane operator lifted Mr. A's abdomen along with the waste while lifting the waste.
Mr. A passed away while being transported to the hospital by the dispatched 119 paramedics.
