Sh Suhyup Bank Executes Regular Personnel Changes and Organizational Restructuring

Establishment of M&A Promotion Office

Sh Suhyup Bank has carried out an organizational restructuring and regular personnel appointments for the first half of next year.

Through this organizational restructuring, a new 'M&A Promotion Office' has been established within the Management Strategy Group to take charge of practical work related to the acquisition of non-bank financial companies. The Corporate Group has been renamed the 'Corporate Investment Group,' and the Investment Finance Department has been assigned to focus on strengthening corporate finance competitiveness. A Sustainable Management Promotion Headquarters has been established to oversee the core fisheries and marine finance of Suhyup Bank and the bank's management support operations.

O Dae-ju was appointed as Head of the Trust Business Headquarters, and Do Mun-ok as Head of the Sustainable Management Promotion Headquarters. Regional financial headquarters heads and branch managers were also appointed. The company explained that this personnel appointment was made based on clear performance-oriented personnel principles, considering personnel rotation between branches and headquarters, expertise and work continuity, and management of personnel in key areas.
