National Opera Company Successfully Concludes 'Opera Journey' Sharing Performance for Culturally Marginalized Groups
The National Opera Company announced on the 25th that it held a 'Sharing Performance' for culturally marginalized groups to mark the end of the year.

View original imageOn the 21st, the Opera Company held an opera gala concert titled 'Opera Journey' at the auditorium of the Suwon Disabled Welfare Center. Jinmo Yang conducted, with soprano Jiho Park, mezzo-soprano Seonjeong Kim, tenor Beomju Lee, and baritone Byungkwon Jeon performing.
The stage featured a variety of pieces, ranging from Italian art songs to operettas, opera arias, and duets.
Notably, the Goodwill Hope Choir, composed of individuals with developmental disabilities, joined the stage and delivered moving performances of "O Sole Mio" and "Funicul?, Funicul?."
Additionally, the National Opera Company donated funds collected by its executives and employees to the Suwon Disabled Welfare Center.
