Lotte Department Store announced on the 22nd that it will accept applications for the first half of 2024 new employee recruitment until January 2, 2024.
This new employee recruitment is a ‘Recruitment-Linked Internship (Potential Track)’ that selects talents with potential and future growth through a recruitment-linked internship. Through a three-digit scale of new hires, the company plans to inject young blood to enhance organizational vitality.
The recruitment target is graduates of four-year regular universities who have completed their studies or are expected to graduate by August 2024, and who can join the company in March after a 5-week internship from February to March 2024. Anyone with passion and competence for the Lotte Department Store recruitment positions, without disqualifications for overseas travel or health reasons, can apply. Male applicants must have completed military service or be exempted.
The recruitment fields include MD/Leasing (brand management, new content discovery, etc.) and General Management (planning, management support, finance, marketing, etc.).
