Sancheong-gun and Jinju-si in Gyeongnam Province jointly issued the nation’s first ‘Sancheong-Jinju Win-Win Gift Certificate,’ which was selected as an excellent case of regulatory innovation in Gyeongnam Province.
According to Sancheong-gun on the 22nd, the ‘2023 Gyeongnam Province Regulatory Innovation Excellent Case Competition’ was held at the Gyeongnam Provincial Government Office.
At this competition, presentations were made on nine cases that passed the first and second rounds of document screening among the regulatory innovation cases submitted by Gyeongnam Province and its cities and counties.

The Sancheong-Jinju Win-Win Gift Certificate is the nation’s first regional gift certificate that can be used in both Sancheong-gun and Jinju-si.
Sancheong-gun received high evaluations for the creativity of the project, difficulty of improvement, effectiveness that citizens can feel, and completeness of the on-site presentation, and was selected as an excellent case.
In particular, Sancheong-gun’s proactive administration to resolve the regulation restricting usage areas was recognized for contributing to convenience for residents, revitalization of the local economy, and win-win development between local governments.
