PharmGen Science Certified as a 'Family-Friendly Company' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family

PharmGen Science announced on the 21st that it received the ‘Family-Friendly Company’ certification from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family for its efforts in introducing systems that support work-family balance. The Family-Friendly Company certification is awarded by the Ministry to companies that exemplary operate family-friendly systems.

PharmGen Science operates systems to balance work and family life. Examples include granting 10 days of paid leave upon marriage and offering interest-free loans for wedding expenses. PharmGen Science, which previously had a conservative organizational culture typical of the pharmaceutical industry, has established a casual dress code and unified job titles and forms of address, while also striving to improve corporate culture by introducing welfare systems at the level of large corporations.
