Fubon Hyundai Life Insurance announced on the 21st that it was selected as a '2023 Family-Friendly Excellent Company' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Excellent Company certification is a system in which the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family certifies companies and institutions that exemplary operate related systems such as childbirth and child-rearing support, and flexible work arrangements, according to the 'Act on the Promotion of Creating a Family-Friendly Social Environment.'

It was also praised for excellent employee health support systems such as flexible work arrangements, encouragement of family care leave, medical expense support for employees and their families, health checkup support, and health walking programs. Special leave beyond annual leave, paid health leave guarantee, and an additional 10 days of leave before and after childbirth were recognized as exemplary family-friendly cases.
